Song Story
Child of Heaven was written for a dear friend that I met while living in the western United States. We had only been aquainted for a short period of time when I noticed that she would often put herself down. Whether in jest in seriousness, I did not know, but I didn't like to hear her speak that way. I wrote this song to remind her, and everyone, that we are children of Heaven, and that makes us special. No other credential could be so important!
