LDS Music World presents the music of LDS artist Russell Rowland

A popular baritone soloist, Russell has appeared in several principal roles throughout the country, from Las Vegas to the East Coast. He performed the role of Lahab in the stage production of Noah at the Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Some or his favorite portrayals were of the stoic Captain Georg von Trapp in The Sound of Music, the comic and overbearing Bud Frump in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and the shady Jigger Craigin in Carousel. Russell originally hails from the Richmond, Virginia area, having appeared there in multiple mainstage and touring productions with Theatre IV and most recently at the Riverside Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  Other credits include: Frank Butler in Annie Get Your Gun, Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls, Smudge in Forever Plaid, Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha, and Lun Tha in The King and I.  Recent film credits include the PBS documentary of The Lost Colony and the UPN series Legacy.
