About
the Artists
JEANNI GOULD, winner of several national songwriting awards, was born playing the piano. She learned guitar at age 20 when she lived in Paris, singing on the streets for her rent. Her lyrics have been described as "moving and powerful." Jeanni’s song “Celebrate!” won Special Recognition in the 2002 Church Music Contest. Other award-winning songs on this CD are “Feed My Sheep” and “Song of the Heart.” ALICIA MARIE MORGAN earned her degree in vocal performance at Arizona State University. She has performed as a soloist at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and has received awards in national vocal competitions. A former Maryland’s Junior Miss winner, Alicia performs with the group Voices One. BEN HAACKE, with his brother Layne and four friends from BYU, created the men’s a cappella group, InsideOut. They have recorded four hit CDs, including national album award winner “Reverence,” and best original a cappella song.
