Many people have tried to get Brent to go into counseling or comedic lines of  work, due to his unique ability to touch the youth of the church with his talent and humorous ability to teach, listen and share the pains and joys of life.

Brent has a wonderful talent for composing music. This gift gives him the ability and chance to share his  experiences and lessons through his music with all ages and different types of people. It has been said by some in  the church music business that Brent will be "...the next Michael McLean"

Now the unique thing about Brent is that he was, as he would put it, "blessed" to be born with only one ear. Many people find it incredible that he composes such beautiful and wonderful music with only having one ear. Don't let this fool you, his music has touched the members and the youth all over the country.
