More about Ashley Harris:

Ashley comes from a long line of family entertainers. Her dad, known as "Donny" was a performing member of the King Family Show that aired in the 60's and 70's, featuring the popular King Sisters and featuring Alvino Rey. Ashley studied vocal performance at BYU and Mesa Community College where she performed and toured with their award winning A Capella Choir. She later earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Communication from ASU. Ashley songwrites on guitar and piano and is currently promoting her debut album "Change My Heart", released in September of 2001, and now available in Deseret Book Stores in Mesa Arizona and Bountiful Utah.

"Music is a life line for me. It uplifts the spirit and feeds the soul. It is my hope that as I explore myself, I will reveal what is truly in my heart, and hopefully the listeners might, along the way, discover something about themselves, too! To me, this is the true 'Magic' of songwriting."

Originally from Santa Clarita, California, Ashley now lives in Mesa, Arizona with her husband and three children. Ashley became "hooked" on music when she had the chance to play the lead in a school Christmas musical. She began soloing at Talent Shows and church events, and participating in choirs and community theatre.
