Andrew Reese Howells can best be described as unique. This native born Southern Californian lived the California dream. While growing up, his father was a successful CEO of a major advertising company in the heart of the “OC” so Andrew grew up around music and entertainment.

Andrew began playing the piano and singing before he even entered kindergarten. At a young age of three, Andrew found his way to the piano and began to try to pluck out melodies that he had heard. His mother recognized this and helped him on his way to a life devoted to music.

When Andrew was in the sixth grade he was constantly struggling with his piano teacher with the classics. He just didn't dig it, and he would never practice, so his teacher tried to introduced him to different styles of music. Finally after a lot of trying, his teacher found his soft spot ...Contemporary Christian Music. From this point on, Andrew fell in love.

Once he discovered this type of music, and his love for performing Andrew was set on his ministry of proclaiming the gospel through music. And at the young age of 18 he recorded his first demo, which started him on the path to fulfilling this mission.
Next Door to Eden, was Andrew’s debut album, Co-Produced by recording artist, Greg Simpson, and songwriter Jim Funk, Andrew made a big splash with his debut and started to make his mark on the recording scene.

Since his professional debut in August 2000, Andrew has been featured on over a dozen recordings, and is currently working on producing 3 other recorded projects, as well as a major documentary film.

Andrew is also serving his country in the Air National Guard. His passion for gospel centered music is only superseded for his love for his country. Currently serving as a Public Affairs Specialist, for the 151st Air Refueling Wing for the Utah Air National Guard, Andrew also is a member of the wings Military Honor Guard.
